Roger J. Maler has responsibility for construction contracts, estimating and construction management as well as construction analysis services offered to clients.
Additionally, he shares responsibilities that include project scheduling and development of new business for the firm.

Based on 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Roger Maler offers expertise in several building types, in several specific areas of the construction process and in most of the various approaches to contracting construction services.
Prior to starting Maler Construction Company in 1971, he was associated with Allen and O’Hara, Inc. as Construction Manager. During his eight years of service with this company, Maler was involved with some $87 million of construction including motels, high rise office buildings and monumental structures.
In 1971 Maler Construction Company, Inc. was established after an amiable resignation from Allen and O’Hara. This company was solely directed and managed by Mr. Maler. Having unlimited licenses in Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Texas, Arkansas and Florida, this firm successfully completed some $30 million in construction throughout the South. These projects ranged from motel renovations to major shopping centers, office buildings and multi-family housing.
In 1990 the corporation was changed to Maler Construction Associates Inc., having completed in excess of 100 million dollars of construction in the mid-south.

Tracie Maler has limited responsibility for all management duties of the daily operation of the business. Tracie’s duties include payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable as well as preparation of estimates and proposals.
University of Memphis, College of Business, Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Bachelor degree in Marketing.
Construction Industry Technician Certification from Clemson University.
Tracie joined Maler Construction Associates Inc. in 1994.
Prior to joining Maler Construction Company, she served as Human Resource Manager for Sheraton Casino in Tunica, Mississippi. Her duties included the hiring and training of 1,500 employees to staff the facility in time for their grand opening. This position required exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Before working for Sheraton Casino, Tracie served as department coordinator to the Construction Project Manager at Coors Brewing Company for four years. Tracie’s team was responsible for the redesign and building of the Memphis Plant after it was purchased from the Stroh Brewery. Before her promotion to department coordinator she served as the Construction Finance Specialist.
